||Sales & Marketing
- Builds key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
- Increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for the organisation by finding potential new customers, convert them into distributors/key accounts, and continue to grow business in the future.
- Assist manage key accounts & distributors and ensure they stay satisfied and positive.
- Set targets for the sales team and marketing team to ensure that they work hand in hand to meet the sales targets.
- Ensure that all the company’s products, current and new development all fit the criteria to which market they are targeted for in terms of quality, packaging and price and if not will ensure that the same are changed to fit the purpose.
